Our mission

It is our belief that hormone therapy for trans folks is necessary for survival and well-being. At the same time, access to hormones is made complicated by the current state of the medical establishment and pharmaceutical industry. Despite these barriers to access, the hormone therapy itself is very cheap, as hormones are relatively common and simple compounds.

As such, our mission is: To provide free access to hormone therapy to any trans person who wants or needs it.

How we accomplish that goal might change over time, but we are committed to working towards that goal as long as we can.
